Daily Tracking

Track nutrition, habits, exercises, notes, and excuses on one date-based timeline.

Days is the mobile app home surface. Each date can hold nutrition entries, habit completions, workout exercises, notes, and structured excuses.

Daily flow

  • Swipe between dates or jump with the calendar picker.
  • Use the Nutrition tab to add food, saved meals, and notes.
  • Use the Habits tab to complete scheduled habits and add notes.
  • Use the Exercise tab to add exercises from the catalog, previous days, or routines.
  • Keep imperfect days useful by adding excuses instead of deleting context.

A day does not need a workout to matter. Nutrition-only, habit-only, or note-heavy days still contribute useful signal.
