Training Skills

Training skills turn workouts, habits, and nutrition adherence into XP and levels.

Training skills are an optional progression layer. They compute XP and levels across muscle, exercise, habit, and nutrition domains.

Skill sources

  • Valid workout sets award muscle and exercise XP.
  • Scheduled habit completions award habit and habit-category XP.
  • Nutrition goal adherence awards nutrition-goal and food XP.
  • Level-up deltas show when a skill advances.
  • Progression plans define optional requirements for skills like muscle-up and handstand paths.

Skill surfaces are hidden unless Training Skills are enabled.
