Nutrition Tracking

Log food and drink on each day with goal context and reusable planning flows.

Nutrition tracking lives on the daily Nutrition tab. Users can add food, drinks, saved meals, comments, reviews, and notes while comparing totals with progress goals.

Track

  • Add food through search, barcode lookup, or saved meal selection.
  • Change amount and serving units after adding an entry.
  • Duplicate, comment on, review, or remove entries.
  • Add entries to meals or grocery lists when those features are enabled.
  • Optionally subtract consumed amounts from inventory.

Nutrition can be hidden by settings, but when enabled it is part of the same date-based day record as workouts and habits.
