Workout Routines
Use system progression routines or custom routines to start sessions faster.
Workout routines are reusable plans made of exercises and variation choices. They reduce setup friction for repeated training blocks.
Routine types
- System routines are generated from progression templates and are not user-owned.
- Custom routines are created, edited, deleted, and reused by the user.
- Routines can be applied from the Exercise tab on a day.
- Day exercises can be added back into a routine when the feature is enabled.
Routines should preserve exercise IDs and variation properties whenever possible.
