Structured excuses explain imperfect days without deleting useful training context.
Excuses are structured reasons for days that did not go as planned. They can coexist with completed workout sets.
Use cases
- Record why a session was light, skipped, or incomplete.
- Keep the day in history instead of pretending it did not happen.
- Add multiple reasons when needed.
- Clear excuses from otherwise empty days.
Excuses are optional and controlled by Settings.
