Getting Started
Setup
Choose the features, goals, and reminders that make Fit Horizon useful on day one.
Fit Horizon setup is about making the app match your routine. You do not need to configure everything at once. Start with the areas you already care about, then add more tracking when it becomes useful.
First steps
- Open the daily view and decide what you want to track first: training, nutrition, habits, or notes.
- Use Settings to show or hide feature areas so the app stays focused.
- Keep advanced modules disabled until they earn their place in your workflow.
- Set your preferred units, theme, and text size.
- Add nutrition goals if you want calorie and macro context.
- Add habits that support training, recovery, meals, sleep, or consistency.
- Save workout routines if you repeat sessions often.
- Add dietary preferences so food logging can warn you about things you avoid.
- Turn on home-screen widgets if quick check-ins help you stay consistent.
You can keep setup light. Fit Horizon is designed to work best when it supports your actual day, not when it becomes another chore.
