Habits

Track scheduled behaviors that support training, nutrition, and recovery consistency.

Habits are recurring actions that can be completed on the daily Habits tab. They can also feed training skill XP when skills are enabled.

Guidelines

  • Habits are scheduled and completed per day.
  • Completion can include comments.
  • Habit detail shows heatmap and streak context where enabled.
  • Skills mode links habits to broader progression when Training Skills are enabled.

Habits are hidden until enabled in Settings.
